Mind, Body, & Spirit Challenge

Are you feeling isolated in your healthcare work?

Looking for ways to make it work or build resilience?

Hoping to make connections with like-minded people in healthcare?

As healthcare workers, we’ve told ourselves for too long that this is  ‘part of the job’ to struggle alone

It’s not part of the job.

We need spaces for care and community in order to bring meaning and authenticity to our work.

We can turn to ancient practices and traditions, sacred imagination, the power of story, mindfulness/meditation, prayer, somatic exercise, and most importantly, the presence of one another to both repair and rebuild our foundations.

Join our community for a 28 day challenge of Mind, Body, and Spirit Practices in an accountable and supportive community, totally on your own time!

  • Private SLACK (free download) community with other patient-facing women in healthcare

  • Four Themed Weekly reflections on the topics of Community & Connection, Mind, Body, and Spirit

  • Daily task (5 minutes) related to the week’s theme - i.e. a meditation, body practice, or reflection question tailored to the setting, barriers, and environment of the woman in healthcare

  • Daily Accountability and Reflection check-in with the opportunity to work with an Accountability Partner

  • Totally on your own time and your own schedule!

We cannot wait for the system to change how they view or treat us.

We can connect with one another to find meaning and joy in our work. We can dream of a new way forward.
